Client: Victims at Court Support Group

Project: Create new Corporate Identity

"We commissioned Roberts Communications to undertake the rebranding of the organisation, which included a name change, in order to more clearly communicate our purpose, vision and values to our potential service users and referral agencies in the statutory and community and voluntary sectors.Roberts Communications took time to understand the brief: to look at our mission, vision and values and to develop a brand solution that conveyed the core values we as an organisation espouse. The brand identity they developed was optimistic and positive and created a comforting feel; it was reflective of our culture of support and care, clearly conveyed the ethos of hope and self-confidence we seek to advance and foster, and gave the organisation an identity that it can truly own. In essence, they “got us”.All communication was professional, competent and on time. All agreed timetables for deliverables were met and any queries or adjustments we sought were met with a “can do” attitude. The professionalism and courtesy of Deirdre Roberts and her team cannot be overstated and I would highly recommend their work."
- Commissioner Patricia MacBride - Victims Commissioner and Chair of Victim Support at Court
